Increase your energy levels and kick start your day with an early morning outdoor Qi Gong class in Central London.  These regular sessions can help to create strengthening and healing effects for the whole body as well as calming the mind.

Classes consist of light warm-ups and stretching, deep breathing and relaxation exercises, and a Qi Gong set.
