Develop strength, health and energy in these weekly sessions focussing on Qi Gong and meditation.
Classes consist of:
• warm ups and stretching - to release energy blockages
• deep breathing exercises
• Qi Gong sets (see below for current material)
• meditation
CURRENT MATERIAL
Ershibashi (28 step Qi Gong) (1st part): A famous Qi Gong sequence with soft and flowing movements based on Tai Chi. Each simple movement has many particular health benefits.
With time, students can progress and deepen their understanding of both Qi Gong and meditation.
